Artist Trading Cards (Series 1)
I made my artist trading cards using blank playing cards, mixing digital art I’ve created over the years with a hands-on, collaged style. I printed, cut, and glued each piece, stamped the backs with an ATC template, and used acrylic markers for the names. I ended up with ten cards that reflect both my artist and teacher sides. For the artist cards, I chose themes that mean a lot to me: Bold Spirit has bright colors and a strong look to show the courage I feel when I start something new, and Rise and Reflect, with a phoenix, shows my journey of renewal and growth. On the teaching side, I included symbols like a clock surrounded by books and pencils on Timeless Learning, showing how I see education as an endless journey, and the world flags on Global Perspectives to show my passion for teaching cultural awareness especially its place in art.
